National History Day
Regional - 1st Place Group Documentary, advanced to State
STATE CONTEST
The group documentary category had 31 entries in it at the State level. Eight were chosen as finalists:
After 5 years of advancing to State..............THEY DID IT!!!
Kristen and Tisha won 1st Place in Group Documentary for their entry, 'Dan Moody - Bringing Down the Invisible Empire'. They will represent the State of Texas at the National History Day competition this summer in the Group Documentary category. Forty other states participate in National History Day. The National competition will be held June 12-16 at the University of Maryland. Way to stick with it girls!
